Colorado Springs, Colo. (WordNews.org) Sept. 1, 2011 — Focus on the Family sent out email letters to supporters today telling them about a $5 million giving gap that could hurt the ministry’s outreach efforts.
The ministry’s fiscal year ends Sept. 30.
“We’re facing a sizeable giving gap that threatens our outreach to the families that need help most,” said Focus President Jim Daly. “Income is down nearly $5 million from what we expected and planned for this year.”
