stop_abortionTEMPE, Ariz. (WordNews.org) Jan. 3, 2017 — Apologia Church is on a mission—to stop abortion in the United States.

The Tempe, Arizona church has raised more than $200,000 in its “End Abortion Now” campaign. Led by Pastor Jeff Durbin and Pastor Luke Pierson, the effort has received support from individuals, churches and organizations across the country and around the globe.

Apologia Church, which oversees Apologia Radio and Apologia Studios, is a cutting-edge church with a savvy understanding of how to use social media, one of the key areas it plans to utilize to marshall support for this initiative.

The initiative has a three-pronged approach: mobilizing, equipping and providing resources for local churches and organizations to minister outside abortion clinics; conducting a “media flood” campaign; and reforming legislation.

“We’re going to build a national movement made up of local churches across the country,” organizers said.
