MOUNT DORA, Fla. (WordNews.org) Aug. 25, 2011 — The Lake County School Board has reinstated a teacher who was suspended for comments he made on his Facebook page opposing gay marriage.
Jerry Buell was reinstated Tuesday following a weeklong investigation by the school board, Christian law firm Liberty Counsel said.
Buell had been suspended for saying he disapproved of New York’s decision to legalize gay marriage. New York’s Legislature approved the measure in June.
