‘Justice Riders’ begin pro-life tour in midwest next week

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WordNews.org) July 2, 2012 – A week from today, the first of five Justice Rides will take place in an effort to highlight pro-life issues central to the November presidential election.

Organizers say the Justice Rides are inspired by the Freedom Rides of the 1960s when African-Americans boarded segregated buses to draw attention to racial discrimination.

On July 9, Created Equal, along with Operation Rescue and dozens of young pro-lifers will pile into vans and billboard-style trucks and head to Cincinnati for the first of five stops in Midwest cities. The billboards will display aborted babies on the sides and rear of the trucks with the phrase “Vote pro-life on November 6, 2012.” The participants will also hold pro-life signs in the downtowns of each of the five cities.

Stops include Indianapolis on July 10, Chicago on July 11, Cleveland on July 12 and Pittsburgh on July 13.
