NEW YORK (WordNews.org) July 8, 2020 — Word News Ministries Inc. has launched a new series “Churches Coast-to-Coast” to highlight a church in each state on its Facebook page, facebook.com/wordnewsnow. Churches that are featured in the series must line up with Word News’ Statement of Faith, found on WordNews.org here: wordnews.org/statement-of-faith.
This is the first of many planned series in the coming months.
The series is going state-by-state in alphabetical order. Word News announced it is looking for recommendations of churches. Please email recommendations to wordnewsnow@yahoo.com or visit Word News’ Facebook page and put a link in the comment section.
Word News, which was incorporated 18 years ago as a 501(c)(3) was founded by a news reporter and editor with nearly three decades of experience at such news outlets as The Associated Press, Gannett, Dow Jones & Co., Conde Nast and CBS. One key driver for the media ministry is the desire to draw attention to the work churches and other ministries are doing globally and improve coverage of Christian ministries by the secular media.
