DANA POINT, Calif. (WordNews.org) Aug. 27, 2011 — St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel in Dana Point, Calif., will be picketed Aug. today and tomorrow in protest of the hotel’s parent company’s support of Planned Parenthood.

Picketers from The Center For Bio-Ethical Reform and partner, Life Decisions International are picketing the St. Regis because its parent company Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc., provides philanthropic support to abortion-provider Planned Parenthood.

Organizers said the weekend’s pickets would include a billboard on trucks with abortion-related photos. Aircraft will also tow aerial billboards with the same images.

Picketers will also target St. Regis’ special events, organizers said.
