TUPELO, Miss. (WordNews.org) Feb. 24, 2012 – More than 600,000 people have signed a pledge to boycott Home Depot stores because of its support of gay marriage and the America Family Association is urging more people to join the cause.
In a email to supporters, AFA included a photo (on right) of a break room inside a Home Depot that celebrates “gay pride.”
“In essence, Home Depot is blatantly exposing its employees to accept the company’s pro-homosexual agenda by allowing large ‘indoctrination’ bulletin boards in areas used by employees,” said AFA President Tim Wildmon.
He said the bulletin board also contains messages critical of those who speak out against homosexuality.
“By doing so, Home Depot is establishing that it embraces and promotes a pro-homosexual agenda as corporate policy,” Wildmon said.
AFA is promoting the Home Depot boycott by producing the AFA Pass Along Sheet.
